To register as an exhibitor, please choose one of the following:

1. Online
Register online at www.one-stop-registration.com/aahsa2010/osr.group.login.
Submit your completed registration form with credit card information.

2. Fax
Fax both pages of your completed registration form with credit card information to:
AAHSA, ATTN: Registration Manager, (514) 228-3163.

3. Mail
Mail both pages of your completed registration form with payment to:

Important Note: Please fill out a form for each person attending the exposition. This form is required to receive a badge for access to the show floor at all times. Exhibitors should only use the Exhibitor Registration Form. Please DO NOT USE the Attendee Registration Form.
