3 Easy Ways to Reserve Your Hotel

  1. Book your hotel reservation and register for the conference online in one easy step.*
  2. FAX both pages of your completed registration form* with credit card information to: AAHSA, ATTN: Registration Manager, (514) 228-3163.
  3. MAIL both pages of your completed registration formwith payment to: AAHSA Registrar, c/o Laser Registration, 1200 G Street NW, Suite 800 Washington, DC 20005

*Exhibitors must access the Exhibitor Registration information to reserve their hotel.

A credit card guarantee is required with each reservation request. Credit cards must be valid through your hotel check-in date (i.e. through November 2010). Hotel reservations without a valid credit card will not be processed. Credit cards are used as a guarantee only and will not be charged unless cancellation penalties apply.

Hotels that have “Walk” listed are within walking distance to the convention center; shuttle service will not be provided.  A shuttle service schedule will be announced in August 2010.

Cancellations

All cancellations (registration & housing) need to be made in writing as per above deadlines.

Due to hotel policies, associations are now being held financially responsible for hotel rooms reserved but not actually occupied. To save AAHSA from penalty fees, it is imperative that our attendees reserve hotel rooms realistically and cancel with as much notice as possible. Canceling fewer than five (5) business days in advance of your arrival does not allow ample time for your room to be re-sold, and often means AAHSA will be paying for your unoccupied hotel room in addition to the one night penalty you receive.

Hotel Reservation Deadline—September 3, 2010

Hotels are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. After September 3rd, hotel reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis with no guarantee that the convention rates will apply. All rates are per room per night and are subject to the current 15.4% sleeping room tax.

Confirmations

Confirmations will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation via e-mail, fax or mail within five (5) days after any transaction, please contact the housing bureau at aahsa@laser-registration.com or call (514) 228-3159.
